Choosing and booking your preferred accommodation
Our website provides accurate information on each property as well as the village the accommodation is located in.We also provide high quality photographs to help you in your decision.Through our availability calendar you will be able to check if the property is available during your preferred dates.
You can make a booking by clicking on the “Book this Property” link where you will be able to choose your arrival and departure date on the availability calendar.You will not be asked for any payment at this point. After filling and sending the requested form you will receive a confirmation of your provisional booking. We will usually confirm your booking within 24 hours and you will be asked to pay a deposit of 35%.
With some properties we are required to collect the remaining balance 8 to 10 weeks prior to your arrival.If this is the case with your accommodation you will be notified at the time of booking prior to you paying the deposit.
All deposits and balances paid are non-refundable.
Deposit against damages
On your arrival you will be asked to provide us with your credit card details and fill a form which will block EUR300 on your credit card.If when checking the property before or after your departure we find any damage we reserve the right to withdraw the necessary funds from your credit card.If you do not wish to provide us with your credit card details we can also accept a cheque which we can mail back to you once the property is checked.Please note that only local cheques from Maltese banks are accepted.
Insurance
Guests are required to provide for themselves all necessary insurance against personal injury, damage, theft, cancellation, delay, etc.
Check In, Check Out procedure
Our standard Check In time is from 3pm onwards.If you wish to check in earlier than this we will try to accommodate you as long as there are no guests departing from the accommodation on the same day.
Check out time is 12pm but should you wish to stay longer we can also try to make arrangements.
Property Rules
No visitors are allowed on the premises without our express permission.
We usually do not allow pets in the accommodation however do contact us if you have pets in your group as we may be able to make arrangements.
We are not responsible for any noise or disturbance going on in the nearby area such as traffic or construction works. If we are aware of any kind of noise in the area before your arrival we will do our best to move you to a different and if possible similar scale property.
If your rental is longer than 7 or 8 nights maid service will be provided mid-way through your stay. This service can be provided more frequently on request.
General Information
Although we try to maintain accurate descriptions of all our properties we cannot take responsibility for inaccuracies as property specifications change from time to time. If there is anything you want us to specifically verify then please state this clearly during your communication with us prior-to or during the booking process. If you come across any errors then we would be grateful if you could point these out to us so they can be corrected.
Air-conditioned properties
In most properties with an air-conditioning system this is usually an optional extra.In most cases the system is connected to a card meter. You can purchase the necessary cards from us as and when needed.
